How long will my Order take for delivery?
• For orders send by Express Post, please allow 24 - 48 hours
• For orders sent by Registered Post, please allow 24 - 96 hours
- Pleae note, the times quoted above are business days. If an order is placed on weekends or public holidays, it order will be processed the next available business day.
Please note: all deliveries are subject to approval of online payment. Orders for gift cards placed on business days between the hours of 9am - 2pm (Australian EST) are generally processed immediately. Purchases made outside these hours, on weekends or public holidays may take up to 48 hours to process.
Inspiredgiftcards.com will not be responsible for late delivery due to postal delays or incorrect or incomplete delivery or payment information submitted by the purchaser.
What should I do if my Giftcard is lost or stolen?
• Unfortunately, if your gift card or gift voucher is lost or stolen, inspiredgiftcards.com is unable to replace or refund it.
• You are responsible for the safe keeping of your gift card or gift voucher at all times.
• Once a gift card or gift voucher has been purchased you should treat it like cash.
• If your card is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team by phone on 1300 305 001.

Can I cancel and refund my order?
• Gift cards are treated like cash. Inspiredgiftcards.com cannot provide refunds on giftcards ordered and received.
